When our technicians can move freely and work without interruption, they get the best results. For safety and convenience, please be sure friends and family stay clear of the rooms to be serviced. Please put pets in a safe, quiet place, where our cleaning won’t disturb them. We also ask that clients keep an extra close eye on little ones while Pro-Care technicians are in your home. PLEASE avoid scheduling any other service companies while we are on-site. If there are professionals who must overlap our cleaning appointment, it is important to share the guidelines covered here.
MAKE SURE THE Furniture and Area Rugs ARE FULLY ACCESSIBLE FOR CLEANING.
Please clear furniture and rugs of personal belongings. Removing clothing, toys, electronics, etc will insure our technicians can work efficiently. Please secure all breakables and remove small furnishings – dining room chairs, ottomans, floor lamps, plants or accent tables – off your rugs and away from any upholstery to be serviced. We cannot move computer equipment, china cabinets, sectional sofas, entertainment centers, beds, antique or fragile furniture. However, rugs underneath such items can be cleaned where sufficient room is available, or we can edge closely around the base of the largest pieces. Some rugs may benefit from special cleaning in Pro-Care’s Rug Plant – we can explain more about that option when you call to schedule an appointment.
COMMUNICATE YOUR CONCERNS ABOUT THE Furniture or Area Rugs TO BE CLEANED.
Please plan to be on site at the beginning of your cleaning appointment. That way you can examine your furnishings with the technicians before work begins. The pre-inspection will give you the chance to call attention to areas which may require special cleaning. It is particularly helpful too when clients point out pre-existing spots, stains, soiling or defects on items to be cleaned.
PLAN AHEAD FOR OUR POST-SERVICE POINTERS
Lastly, make sure to set aside time for your rugs or furniture to dry fully before resuming use of the room. When possible we will set up air movers to improve drying time. And always use extreme caution when walking from damp rugs onto any hard surface flooring. Now, just enjoy your newly cleaned furnishings!
