Great customer service

I had just closed on a home in Brentwood, but was still living in Cincinnati. On the day of my scheduled service, I called to see if there was any way my appointment time could be moved up since I was going to have to make the trip down to Nashville and back to Cincinnati in the same day. John juggled the schedule so that I could be serviced in the morning instead of the original afternoon time slot. I am so impressed by the customer service I received from Pro-Care!
